NSW Home Grants
The first home owners grant will reduce to $10,000 on 1st January 2016.
Did you know that if you are a builder/investor or second or third home buyer you are most likely eligible for the NSW New Home Grant Scheme. The scheme provides a grant of $5,000 off your stamp duty towards a new home.

NBN and Tullimbar Village
NBN at Tullimbar Village. All lots sold DO have NBN. Illawarra Mercury focused on Tullimbar Village.
There's been a lot of talk about the NBN and lack of internet connections throughout the Illawarra.

Whilst Stage 1 do not have NBN (our sales office included). We just want to let others know that Stage 2 and all the remaining lots sold, and all future lots we are selling, DO have the NBN.
Just remember that Rome wasn't built in a day! And the long and winding road (Twelve months apparently) will lead to a fabulous NBN here for all of us who were here at the very beginning.

I’m Lilly – sales and project coordinator here atFountaindale Project Marketing and I want to keep you up-to-date, with all things in the Tullimbar Village project.
I’m Lilly – sales and project coordinator here at Fountaindale Project Marketing and I want to keep you up-to-date, with all things in the Tullimbar Village project.
I’ll be sharing ideas and images, events, chooks, trees, houses, land sales (of course) people, and any other information you want to hear about.
Sometimes my posts will be short, and include one or a few images.
Other posts may be longer. I’ll try not to bore you.
I also put together the new Tullimbar Pinterest page see here. For those of you who don’t know what Pinterest is. It is an online board, where users can upload, save, sort and share the images (known as pins). So instead of keeping all your favourite pictures and ideas in a box or folder. You can keep them on your Pinterest page. It’s a great place to find new ideas too.
I’ll be updating the Facebook page too, aiming to keep you up-to-date with all things happening with the happenings and growth of Tullimbar Village.
